Naturopathic IV Therapy Office
For this naturopathic clinic, the goal was to create an IV therapy space that felt clean and professional without feeling cold or overly clinical. Patients can be sitting there for a while, so it needed to feel welcoming too.
A lot of the space was built around birch and a repeating hexagon shape. The main wall logo combined birch with laser-cut acrylic for a clean, crisp look, and that same hexagon shape showed up across smaller shelves, shadow boxes, and frames.
I built a custom wood top for the adjustable sit-stand desk and a long birch worktable for the printer and daily tasks. For that table, I fabricated the metal legs and had them powder coated white. Since this is an active clinical space, all of the wood pieces were oil treated to make them easier to wipe down and protect them from inevitable spills.
Even the small details carried the same thread: birch tabletop frames, hexagon leather coasters laser engraved with the clinic's logo and a matching hexagon holder, a card holder, and a custom garbage can with a plastic liner to protect the wood and simplify cleanup.
For the IV area specifically, we restored an older leather reclining chair, refinished it in black, and gave it a second life that fit the space while still feeling comfortable for patients.
It was a lot of individual pieces, but they were all made around the same idea: a space that works clinically but still feels warm, comfortable, and welcoming.
