Made to Work, Made to Last: Custom Screen Printed Gear

Every project starts somewhere, and this one started with creating a logo.

After working with the client to develop a design that matched their brand and getting final approval, we moved into production.

These weren’t shirts meant to sit in a drawer. They were made for a landscaping crew who would wear them hard, day in and day out. That meant choosing a method that could handle sweat, dirt, sun, and repeat washes without breaking down.

We used screen printing with white plastisol ink on black garments. That combination gives a clean contrast and stands up far better over time than many lighter-weight print options.

The result: comfortable work shirts and hoodies that feel good on and keep their edge after months on the job. Simple gear, made to work, and made to last.
